Alpine Lake, Norway
A three-day shoot along the fjord, timed around the early light that only shows up for about twenty minutes each morning. The brief was simple: capture the scale of the landscape without losing the quiet.
Every frame in this set was shot on location, no compositing. The color grade leans into the cold blues already in the water rather than fighting them.
Coastal Cliffs at Dusk
Shot over two evenings during a narrow weather window. The goal was to catch the cliffs right as the light turned, before the color flattened out.
Unedited crop shown here at full resolution so you can see the actual grain and detail from the original capture.
Studio Detail
A texture and light study built entirely in studio. Two passes, several weeks apart, refining how the material reads under different lighting setups.
Second pass moved to a warmer key light, which is the version that made it into the final set.
